Job Description
Allington Baptist Church is friendly evangelical church with faithful biblical teaching, just outside the centre of Maidstone, Kent. We are looking for a part-time Assistant Pastor, with a personal passion to bring others to a living faith in Jesus. You will not necessarily be ordained or meet every aspect of the role yet. You would be required to support the pastor in serving the fellowship of around 80 members and share in the leadership, direction and vision of the church. We are looking for someone keen to preach, support the fellowship pastorally and engage with families.
Salary: proportion of a £30,000 pa salary up to 50% part time (20 hours per week)
